Most of my work is done as embedded, fractional support — working closely with founders and small teams over time, rather than dropping in with a fixed framework or short-term fix.The scope tends to evolve as the business does. Sometimes that means focusing on a specific project or launch; other times it’s more ongoing support to help things run more smoothly behind the scenes as the business grows.What stays consistent is the approach: practical, collaborative, and grounded in how the business actually works — with the aim of building momentum without adding unnecessary pressure or complexity.

I’ve worked closely with a small number of creator-led businesses, often from the inside and during periods of growth or transition — when things are moving quickly and the business needs more structure to keep up.Most notably, I spent several years at Ali Abdaal (YouTuber & Entrepreneur), leading commercial operations across courses, launches, systems, and teams. The work was hands-on and wide-ranging, supporting the business as it scaled and helping translate big ideas into repeatable execution behind the scenes.Since then, I’ve continued working with other creator-led businesses at different stages - including Jamie Rawsthorne (Founder of The YouTube Flywheel) and Olly Richards (Founder of StoryLearning) - providing embedded, fractional support across operations, launches, systems, and delivery.In practice, this has meant strengthening the operational backbone of growing businesses, helping projects move forward, and putting the right structure in place as things evolve.

I’m Bhav — someone who genuinely enjoys figuring out how things work, why they’re not working, and how to make them feel lighter.I’ve spent a big chunk of my career working behind the scenes in growing, creator-led businesses, including several years at Ali Abdaal Ltd, helping turn messy ideas into something more structured and sustainable. But I’m not all systems and spreadsheets.I care a lot about how work feels. About building businesses that don’t rely on constant firefighting, burnout, or everything living in one person’s head. I like clarity, calm momentum, and getting things over the line.
